Sales Representative
Job Summary
Responsible for promoting sales of poultry farming equipment, developing client resources, achieving sales targets, and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new customers while maintaining existing client relationships
Analyze customer requirements and provide customized equipment solutions
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction
Manage project bidding, quotations, contract negotiations, and order fulfillment
Provide regular updates to management on sales progress, customer feedback, and market trends
Participate in industry exhibitions (e.g., poultry equipment trade shows), networking events, and technical seminars
Qualifications
Associate degree or higher in Animal Husbandry, Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, or related fields preferred
Minimum 2 years of sales experience; background in farming equipment/agricultural machinery is a plus
Proficient in sales processes with ability to independently develop clients
Results-driven with excellent negotiation and communication skills
Installation Workers
Job Summary
Responsible for on-site installation, commissioning, and after-sales maintenance of poultry farming equipment to ensure timely project delivery and compliance with technical standards.
Key Responsibilities
Assemble equipment according to technical drawings
Coordinate with engineers for equipment commissioning and on-site customer training
Troubleshoot mechanical/electrical issues during installation and provide repair support
Complete installation reports and provide improvement suggestions based on customer feedback
Comply with on-site safety regulations and manage tools/spare parts inventory
Qualifications
Technical school diploma or above in Mechanical/Electrical/Automation engineering preferred
Minimum 1 year experience in equipment installation/maintenance, electrical work or after-sales service; poultry equipment experience advantageous
Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and skilled in using installation tools
Physically capable for the job with willingness to travel and work overtime
