Automatic System
Automatic trolley feeding system
The trolley feeding system is suitable for all battery cage equipment. It consists of a traction feed cart and a V-shaped trough. You only need to adjust the feeding amount and feeding time according to the needs of the chickens at different stages. When the set time is reached, the equipment will automatically fill and even feed. Every hen will get reliable and even feed. Feed wastage is not an issue with this feeding system.Feeding Hopper,10kg more capacity than the lower ones.
Automatic drinking system
Two water lines can ensure uninterrupted supply of fresh drinking water. The pressure of the waterline can be adjusted to adapt to different growth stages of the chickens. You can observe the height of the water column of regulator and adjust the water pressure to ensure that the nipple is smoothly discharged.
Stainless steel drinking nipples have a longer service life. There’s no water splashing and leaking, so the chicken house keeps dry and clean. Water flow rate: 50-60ml/second.
Automatic manure cleaning system
Automatic manure removal minimizes ammonia emissions in chicken house. Using belt type manure cleaning system reduces ammonia emissions, thereby helping to improve the climate and chicken healthy. We focus on 4 key positions to remove manure more thoroughly.
In the past, the belt was always off tracking during operation. Our equipment has solved this problem from the principle of weaving machine. No matter how long the belt rolling, it will not off tracking.
Each tier equips with manure belt off-tracking device which can avoid the belt off the tracking.
Four manure cleaning scrapers make the manure cleaned thoroughly.
Automatic Egg Collecting system
Egg collection systems play an important role in successful layer management. From the belt, the eggs are conveyed onto a rod conveyor, from where they are then transferred onto the elevator. The eggs can also be transported directly to the egg storage through the central egg collection system. It raise the working efficiency and reduces the labor cost and percentage of egg broken. You will get clean and complete eggs.
